An AV-rated Atlanta law firm is seeking a skilled Residential Real Estate Attorney with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in our office located in Marietta.
In this role, you will assist with residential closings and title clearance matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Georgia real estate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing
- 1–5 years of relevant residential real estate law experience
- Strong knowledge of closing procedures and title review
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
