As a Community Engagement Associate, you'll work directly with people throughout the Tampa area, representing meaningful campaigns through face-to-face community outreach. Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen your communication skills, and make a positive impact.
No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship from day one.

- Connect with people in the community through face-to-face outreach
- Represent client campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build positive relationships and create engaging conversations
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives
