Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Support Associate
- Meet directly with local business owners and decision-makers to learn about their communication goals and operational needs.
- Build lasting professional relationships through consistent, in-person interactions and thoughtful follow-up.
- Support sales growth by helping businesses explore AT&T solutions that improve communication, connectivity, and efficiency.
- Participate in business meetings where you'll discuss available services, answer questions, and provide clear, solution-focused recommendations.
- Learn how different organizations evaluate technology investments and tailor recommendations to support their business priorities.
- Maintain organized account notes, follow-up activities, and sales records to support long-term relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing business relationships while contributing to continued sales growth.
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Customer Support Associate team members to support campaign objectives, account development, and overall sales performance.
Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Support Associate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in customer service, business development, leadership, or sales.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, athletics, student organizations, clubs, or other people-focused environments is a plus.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,350.00 per week
