Job Overview
Hey Reno! We're a fun, clinician-owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Reno area, and we're on the hunt for a fantastic full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our small, upbeat team!
What we actually offer (zero fluff, all real):
- $18–$24 per hour depending on your experience and certification level
- Full-time only – no part-time or PRN
- Hard client cap: Maximum 7 direct billable hours per day (we protect your energy!)
- Schedule wraps up by 5:30 pm at the latest – no evenings, no weekends
- Annual CEU budget to keep growing
- Quarterly productivity bonuses ($300–$800 is totally realistic)
- Full benefits package (health, PTO, 401k) once you hit 40 hours
You’ll be working side-by-side with a genuinely supportive BCBA who actually mentors and invests in you (not just checks boxes), plus you’ll team up with our awesome SLPs and OTs in our bright, colorful clinic space.
What we’re looking for:
- Current RBT certification (or willing to get it within 30 days)
- Experience with pediatric autism or developmental delays is a big plus
- A positive, reliable vibe and a natural talent for making kids smile and laugh
