Garage Valet Attendant
Northeast Valet is seeking reliable, customer-focused Garage Valet Attendants to join our team at a luxury residential property. This is a fast-paced position that combines valet parking, customer service, and garage operations. We're looking for individuals who are comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles, work well under pressure, and take pride in providing a professional experience for residents.
Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles.
- Greet residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the garage and arrival area.
- Utilize the Flash Parking System for ticketing and vehicle management (experience is a plus, but training is provided).
- Perform routine garage audits and vehicle checks.
- Assist residents with directions, packages, or other requests as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, management, and fellow team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle handling standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, including luxury and larger SUVs.
- Previous valet, parking, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Flash Parking Systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Schedule
- PM shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) are required.
- Mix of weekday and weekend shifts available, weekends a must as well.
- Flexible scheduling based on availability.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift.
