Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic cashier to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong time management skills to ensure a smooth experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take order over the phone and in person
- Prepare salads to go and handle to the costumer
- Handle cash transactions and process payments with precision.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the salad station and cashier station.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide recommendations on menu items based on customer preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Keep the salad station and to go station fill with all necessary ingredients
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work as a team and follow the rules is very important
