About the Role
As a Field Service Refrigeration Specialist, you will serve as a vital technical expert responsible for the reliability and peak performance of complex cooling infrastructure. By proactively maintaining and expertly repairing mission-critical systems, you ensure our clients maintain operational continuity and product integrity.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise installations and complex repairs on commercial-grade walk-in coolers, industrial freezers, and high-capacity ice machines.

Perform advanced diagnostics to identify system inefficiencies, ensuring optimal thermal regulation and energy performance.

Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance cycles to extend equipment lifespan and prevent costly downtime.

Deliver professional consultations to clients, offering clear technical insights and actionable recommendations for system improvements.

Maintain meticulous digital documentation of all service interventions, diagnostic findings, and completed repairs.

Qualifications-
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Demonstrated professional experience in commercial refrigeration or complex HVAC-R systems.

Comprehensive understanding of electrical schematics, mechanical components, and refrigerant cycles.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

Formal technical certification in Refrigeration or HVAC technology.

Current EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
