The Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team. The individual will handle all the lawn services across the company.
You will:

Set up and operate equipment in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain strong working knowledge about the operation, safety, and maintenance of equipment.

Mowing and edging property
-
Pulling weeds and gardening
-
Feeding and handling livestock
-
Maintain overall facilities and farm equipment
-
Safely operate equipment in the presence of field crew members and utilities, constantly aware of the safety of all persons, equipment, property, and utilities in the area.

Manipulate equipment on unlevel working surface.
-
Perform routine maintenance or repairs.
-
Perform other duties as required.
The Person:
-
Prior agricultural experience required.
-
Chainsaw experience required.
-
Experience with zero turn mowers required.
-
Weed eating/edging experience required.
-
Ambition to work and willingness to learn.
-
Team player and positive attitude.
-
Dependable - can be trusted to be given a task and will complete the task with precision and excellence.

Able to work in all weather conditions.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday | 6am - 2:30pm
