Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in our facility, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, transfers, and mobility exercises
- Document resident care and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

Requirements:
- 0 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification
- Ability to lift and transfer residents with assistance as needed
