Cellnow is looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to help run daily operations at our Clovis store. This role is focused on selling phones and buying devices through trade-ins and buybacks, and it's a great fit for someone who wants to grow — strong performers will have the opportunity to advance into a store manager position.
What you'll do:
- Assist customers with phone sales, trade-ins, and buybacks, and follow up to build lasting relationships
- Evaluate devices customers bring in to sell or trade
- Post available phones and services online daily
- Help grow store sales and profitability
- Share ideas to improve the store and take initiative
- Handle occasional basic phone repairs (training provided — no experience needed)
- Keep the store clean and organized; receive, pack, and lift packages
- Learn our store systems and processes
