Talk Blossom is a pediatric speech, language and feeding therapy clinic located in Meridian. Our mission is to help children and their families ease the struggles associated with speech, language and feeding disorders. We provided evidence-based play therapy with an emphasis on family involvement in the therapeutic process. Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Idaho state professional licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC- SLP)
- Clinical Fellow (CF) may be considered
- Valid driver license
- CPR certified
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred
Job Duties
- Evaluate and diagnosis speech, language, and feeding disorders in a pediatric population
- Create informative and thorough assessment reports
- Develop evidence based treatment plans
- Utilize clinical skills to deliver play-based speech/language/feeding therapy
- Involve families in the therapeutic process
- Track client's progress and complete appropriate documentation, including daily notes and progress reports
- Attend regular staff meetings and collaborate with colleagues
- Travel to off site locations (e.g. client’s homes, local daycares/preschools) as needed
- Create and manage work schedule
- Keep accurate records of your work time
