Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel AM Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will enhance our guests' dining experience. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, assist servers with food and beverage service, and maintain a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently during busy service times
- Ensure all dining areas are sanitized, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with safety standards to promote hygiene
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate service flow
- Help with catering setups and breakdowns for special events or large groups
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments preferred
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings during peak hours
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols is a plus
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment
Pay: $17.00 per hour
