What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct assessments to create personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments and interventions.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate and motivate residents to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Supervise an amazing group of PTAs.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Oregon.
- Passion for working in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to inspire and motivate patients toward their recovery goals.
- (Preferred) Six months of experience in a long-term care environment.
- (Must-have) Current CPR certification.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon.
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Flexibility to accept perm or travel assignments, with SNF and Nethealth experience preferred.
