We're looking for someone who’s good on a computer, has taste, can write a great engaging email, is quick to respond to texts, and can bounce between tasks without getting cranky about it. This is not a “sit quietly and answer phones” job, this is not a tidy up and pick up the extra things floating around and organize them sort of job, this is not office upkeep help.
This is a jack-of-all-trades dynamic office role for a person who likes variety and can actually follow through.
You’ll help with things like:
Training + travel: Getting people registered, booked, prepped, and home again (with receipts, because adulting)
Lunch & Learns: Planning them, hosting them, ordering food, making it not awkward
Thank-you stuff: Picking out thank-you cards, picking out gifts, and sending them on time (bonus points for good taste)
Community/volunteer projects: Helping with stuff like decorating a parade trailer, coordinating volunteer efforts, sending letters, etc.
Online presence: Updating social media + Google Business Profile so we don’t look asleep at the wheel (hours, posts, photos, basic info)
Less of keeping the office together(but you'll definitely help with this as needed): Schedules, lists, reminders, documents, scanning, organizing, “where is that file” situations
You’re probably a fit if:
You’re solid on a computer and you learn new programs fast
You’re organized, you have a great memory OR you're solid with your to-do lists, you notice details, and you don’t ghost tasks
You can write clearly (texts, emails, letters—whatever)
**You’ve got a creative side (words, visuals, ideas—any and all of it)**
You can keep things professional, but you don’t need everything to be corporate and stiff :)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
