Laurel Ag & Water is looking for a self-motivated, exceptional Branch Operations Manager. As a key member of the Retail team, the Branch Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the shipping/receiving, retail, inventory, assembly/fabrication, and facilities in the warehouse. They will ensure that all employees are working efficiently and safely, monitor inventory levels, and make sure that products are handled properly throughout the shipping process. Laurel is looking for a strong hands-on Branch Operations Manager with a proven track record of being an essential part of the processes in a warehouse. This role will report to the VP of Retail & Technical Services.
This person will be passionate about understanding our customer’s needs and creating solutions that maximize our performance at Laurel. The Branch Operations Manager is expected to be a team player that lives Laurel’s cultural values, sets an example for others, and enhances the culture. Oversee and maintain accurate inventory controls (AQ, QOH, cycle counts, EOY audit)

Maintain FREE assembly, fabrication schedule

Ensure successful inventory sharing across locations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Proven ability to work in team environment inside and outside of department

Three (3) years’ experience with agriculture irrigation, and/or warehouse or project management or equivalent combination of experience/education
