What You’ll Own
Sales & Performance
- Drive revenue, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve store performance
- Execute local marketing and community outreach to increase traffic
- Own the numbers—know your pipeline, trends, and opportunities
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing team
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to results
- Create a culture of energy, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Develop future leaders and drive internal growth
Operations Excellence
- Run a clean, efficient, and fully compliant operation
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily execution
- Own P&L, inventory, cash controls, and cost management
- Ensure every guest receives the full brand experience
Execution & Accountability
- Set clear expectations and drive daily performance
- Lead from the front—visible, hands-on, and results-focused
- Use data to make decisions and improve outcomes
- Consistently raise the bar for your team
