Daily Activities
Install interior / exterior shutters with accuracy and professionalism
Work collaboratively with team members on job sites
Interact with homeowners, builders, and designers with courtesy and confidence
Maintain safety standards and care for tools, equipment and job site
We’re Looking For
Comfortable and capable working on ladders and exterior conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Preferably 3+ years of carpentry or exterior installation experience
Clean driving record
Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable in luxury home environments
