(F&I) Finance manager experience is a big plus, as we’re expanding and will have new openings in that Department soon, giving you the opportunity to grow with us long-term.

What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Deliver outstanding service from first impression to closing the deal
- Stay on top of daily routines to keep sales running smoothly
- Manage and nurture CRM leads (follow up, stay consistent, and close opportunities)
- Stay sharp on inventory and market trends to better serve our buyers
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication skills (if you love talking with people, you’re halfway there!)
- Sales experience is a MUST
- Comfort with CRM tools, lead management, and basic computer skills
- Ability to stick to routines and processes that drive results
- A genuine passion for cars, helping others, and building relationships
- Someone who loves learning and is open to trying new sales techniques
