We’re growing and hiring Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants to join our outpatient orthopedic clinics along the Emerald Coast. You’ll work with a collaborative team of PTs, OTs, and Orthopedic Surgeons who value quality care, professional respect, and work-life balance.

What you’ll do (the real version):
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic & sports medicine patients
- Create individualized plans of care and track real progress
- Adjust treatments based on patient response — not quotas
- Educate patients so outcomes actually stick
- Collaborate with physicians and teammates
- Document clearly and efficiently (we respect your time)
What we’re looking for:
- Licensed PT or PTA (Florida)
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Someone who wants to grow, not just clock in
- Team players who care about patients and coworkers
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary starting at $50,000+ (experience considered)
