We are looking for hard-working, honest, and friendly Supervisor/Key Holder with a desire to provide outstanding customer service to join our team. Ideal candidates must be able to handle various tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in the management of the store and staff.
- Open and/or close the store.
- Maintain awareness of our products, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Receive and process shipments.
- Adhere to loss prevention, inventory control and compliance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor.
- Greet customers and provide a fun experience for both customers and employees.
- Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions on a register and maintain proper cash and accountabilities.
- Hold store employees accountable for following company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other managers on achieving store goals (staffing, financial, etc).
- Shares the responsibility for the overall performance of the store and assists the store management team with generating sales operation.
- Have a general understanding of every department, driving a customer service culture, developing staff, maintaining store appearance, controlling expenses and cash handling procedures.
- Acts as lead sales associate in training and reviewing the work of employees within the assigned department.
- Effectively oversee the sales floor to always ensure customer / associate awareness.
- Maintain effective and efficient operations in the manager and/or assistant manager’s absence to include associate and employee safety practices, injury and illness reporting, etc.
- Motivate and develop associates to meet goals / objectives.
- Serve customers in assigned departments, or storewide, and provide needed advice or information.
- Assist resolving customers issues.
