· Has a solid foundational knowledge of wine, beer spirits and cocktails
A curious mind (and palate) for food
· Good fundamental computer and POS and skills
· Sees hospitality as an art and a science and understands that the Restaurant is a business
· Can help propagate our vision of Kitchen Door being a unique social gathering place

But again, the nature of the business is that we are open to the public which does mean working weekends, nights and some holidays.
