Job Summary:
All-Star Labor and Staffing is seeking skilled Pipefitter/Welder to join a local Company in Brownsville, OR. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, install, and weld piping systems and structural components while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, fitting pipe, and performing high-quality welds in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble pipe and structural components.
- Perform FCAW, MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (depending on project requirements).
- Install, align, and secure piping systems and related equipment.
- Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Operate fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Perform grinding, cutting, beveling, and finishing of metal components.
- Troubleshoot fit-up and fabrication issues as they arise.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work effectively with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pipefitter, Welder, or Fabricator required.
- FCAW welding experience preferred (or other welding processes as required).
- Ability to read blueprints, isometric drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Experience with pipe fitting, layout, and metal fabrication.
- Ability to pass a welding test.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniques.
- Experience operating overhead cranes, forklifts, or rigging equipment is a plus.
- Certification in welding is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments.
- Wear required PPE, including welding helmet, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
