We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant for a Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic located in Tampa, Florida to be a part of our team. You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Compensation: $60-70 per hour.

Flexible Schedule: 4-5 day shifts per week.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses.

Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.

Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients.

Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.

Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.

Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.
Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a NP or PA in family practice or urgent care.

Ability to build rapport with patients.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong leadership qualities.

Must have an active Florida license and DEA registration.

Knowledge of health and patient care regulations.
-
Athenahealth experience (preferred).
-
DOT certification (preferred).
