Part-Time Housekeeper – Vacation Rentals

We are hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain our vacation rental properties in the Oakhurst and Mariposa areas. This role is essential in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests.
Position Overview
As a team member, you will follow established cleaning standards, schedules, and procedures while working both independently and as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently meet high-quality expectations.
Schedule
- Typically 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3–5 days per week (including weekends as needed)
- Schedule varies based on bookings and guest turnover
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare vacation rental properties to company standards within assigned timeframes
- Follow detailed checklists and cleaning procedures provided by management
- Restock supplies and ensure all guest amenities are in place
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Submit cleaning reports, supply updates, and notes through a mobile app
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests when needed
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and local regulations
Requirements
- Reliable transportation is required
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and high-demand days
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for work tasks
- Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required
