Established in 2005, Albertine Press is a letterpress studio specializing in greeting cards and paper goods as well as custom printing and design. In late 2017, we moved to a new space in Inman Square, Cambridge which allowed us to expand our business to include a retail shop and space for workshops and events. We sell our products as well as cards, desk accessories, craft supplies, and gifts from other brands.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented sales associate to join our team. The position will involve operating our POS system to process sales, customer service, and keeping the store and displays tidy and stocked. The schedule will be Mondays from 11am to 7pm and Sundays from 11am to 4pm, starting on Monday July 13th.
The position also includes pitching in with other studio tasks when the store is quiet during the day. Activities might include folding cards, quality checking wedding invitations, helping pull together wholesale orders or one of the many other tasks that pop up in the exciting world of letterpress, as needs arise.
We would love to find someone able to stay through at least the end of the year if it's a good fit.
