CONTENT LICENSING
Position Location: York, PA | Hybrid
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Build Relationships. Create Opportunities. Grow Content Revenue.
At The YGS Group, our Content Licensing team helps publishers and content owners extend the reach and value of their editorial content, brands, and intellectual property by connecting them with organizations that can put those assets to work in meaningful ways.
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Content Licensing Sales Associate to identify new licensing opportunities, develop prospective clients, and help grow revenue across digital, print, marketing, educational, international, AI training, and other emerging channels.
In this role, you’ll manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle—from prospecting and understanding a client’s needs to developing solutions, overcoming objections, closing sales, and supporting long-term partnerships. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and publishing partners to ensure licensed content is used appropriately and maintains editorial and brand integrity.
If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and turning conversations into results, we’d love to hear from you.
