We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our growing Inpatient Rehabilitation team. As a member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, you'll work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that maximize each patient's functional independence and quality of life.

Evaluate patients and provide evidence-based physical therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, providing updates on patient progress, therapy goals, and discharge recommendations.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and strategies to support continued recovery.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey with compassion, professionalism, and encouragement.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Mississippi, or eligibility for Mississippi licensure.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or outpatient settings is preferred but not required.
