FAST GROWING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKING FULL TIME SENIOR ROVING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR CORPORATE OFFICE IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Must be able to diagnose problems and repair the following:
- Major appliances
- Basic- Advanced Plumbing
- Basic Electrical
- Stucco/Wall Repairs
- Cabinet Repairs and Installation
- Tile repairs and installation
- Minor irrigation maintenance and repairs
- Installation and re-keying locks
- Must have excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills
- Must have all tools and reliable transportation
- 3-5 Years experience in residential/apartment Maintenance
