We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Care Worker to join our team.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and supervision to autistic young adults and individuals with behavioral challenges.

Assist with daily living skills, personal care (as needed), and community activities.

Implement behavior support plans and promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Document daily activities and communicate effectively with team members and families.
Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with autism and behavioral support needs is required.

Patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with behavior intervention strategies.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or a related field.
