Weekend RN Supervisor (PRN/Few Weekends Per Month)
Annie's Garden Skilled Nursing is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for extra income with a flexible schedule, working only a few weekends each month.
This is a supervisory role—not a floor nurse position. You'll provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team while helping ensure exceptional resident care.
Schedule
- PRN/Part-Time
- A few weekends per month
- Weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance.
- Assist with resident care concerns and clinical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Respond to emergencies and provide oversight as needed.
Qualifications
- Current Missouri RN license in good standing.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
