- Develop and implement comprehensive employee success programs that enhance engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing interview processes to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
- Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting managers with coaching and feedback sessions.
- Drive process improvement initiatives related to HR practices, organizational design, succession planning, and change management to optimize operational efficiency. Experience
- Proven experience supervising HR teams or managing employee success initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources management practices including talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, program management, and implementing process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in negotiating employment contracts and managing compliance with employment & labor law regulations like FMLA or OSHA standards.
- Prior background in recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and HR sourcing techniques; supervisory experience preferred.
