Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Commercial Analyst to support the financial, operational, and vendor management functions of our IT organization. This role plays a critical part in managing technology investments, procurement activities, contract administration, financial reporting, and vendor relationships that enable the successful delivery of IT initiatives across the enterprise.
Location: Dallas, TX (preferred)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Coordinate IT capital expenditure (CapEx) requests, budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage purchase orders, vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and procurement activities.

Support vendor governance through contract management, renewals, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews.

Maintain and track IT contracts, commercial terms, and compliance requirements.

Assist with labor capitalization reporting, project financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and help optimize IT spending.

Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor relationships.

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
