We are looking for dependable and enthusiastic Pizza Makers to support daily kitchen operations inside our pizza food trailer. In this role, you will assist with food prep, assemble pizzas to our established standards, and help keep the trailer clean and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in artisan pizza making alongside an experienced kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily food production and prep tasks including portioning ingredients and preparing toppings
- Assemble pizzas accurately and consistently according to our established recipes and quality standards
- Support the Lead Pizza Maker and kitchen team to keep service running efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures at all times
- Assist with restocking ingredients and keeping the trailer workspace organized and ready for service
- Communicate clearly with teammates and adapt quickly during busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Prior food service experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply
- Willingness to be trained in artisan pizza methods and our recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compact trailer kitchen environment
- Food Handler card preferred; willingness to obtain before first day of work required
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow with the team
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
