Job Overview
We are launching a credit law practice in Bucks County as a branch of our Philadelphia office. The branch already has a team and we are ready to add a full-time, dedicated counsel to work on cases which are predominantly related to credit related statutes such as FCRA and FDCPA.
Work will involve preparing and filing consumer litigation cases, negotiations with opposing counsel, and occasional motion practice and in-person court appearances in state and federal courts.
This is a new line of business for our practice which is growing exponentially, with growth opportunity for the counsel who can run this together with our on-site team of high-level expert paralegals.
Candidate must have excellent computer skills. Fast touch typing and high level Windows and Office proficiency is a must.
Must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Other state admissions, particularly Delaware and New Jersey, would be a big plus, but not required.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
