You got good at earning trust and closing, and somewhere along the way your income stopped keeping up. We built a seat where it doesn't. You get on the phone with landowners, do real discovery to understand what they actually need, and propose the solution that solves it. You close, and you get paid on every deal that closes. Uncapped. The better you serve the seller, the more you close, and the more you make. That is the whole deal.

You're not doing it alone: we invest heavily to put qualified, pre-priced appointments on your calendar, and you've got a deep bank of leads who already raised their hand. That support is the floor. The best reps here don't wait on it, they hunt on top of it, because they want the number in their own hands.
WHO YOU'LL SERVE
Usually landowners who inherited a piece of land, or bought it decades ago for a plan that never happened, and now it's just a bill and a worry they'd like to be rid of. A lot of them have been burned before by someone who made a promise and vanished. They don't want a hard sell. They want an honest person who makes it simple and does exactly what they said they would. You win on trust, not pressure, and never by being the highest number. The skill is getting a guarded, been-burned seller to a decision they'll feel good about long after the call.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Own your weekly offer number, week in and week out, whether the appointment came booked or you dug it up yourself.
- Fill your own calendar. Work our bank of raised-hand leads to generate your own appointments. Prospecting is core to this seat.
- Do real discovery. Understand why the landowner really wants to sell and what a good outcome looks like for them.
- Present an offer that fits their situation, then hold the number through honest, straight conversation. Never pressure.
- Help them past what's keeping them stuck, a title snag, probate, back taxes, unclear access, family and timing, and show them we take it off their plate.
- Earn the verbal, then convert it to a clean signed agreement the same day.
- Follow up relentlessly. Most deals are won on the fifth touch, not the first.
- Keep your pipeline in process so nothing gets left behind.
WHO FITS THIS SEAT
The best person here leads with service. You genuinely want to help the person on the other end, usually an older landowner facing a hard, emotional decision, and you understand that serving them well is exactly what earns the deal and pays you. That instinct is the part we can't train.
You've also got the chops. If you've carried a number and closed, you'll recognize this seat. The strongest people here come out of real estate wholesaling and acquisitions, door-to-door sales like solar, and high-ticket phone closing, anywhere you had to earn a stranger's trust fast and hold a price. You don't need land experience; we'll teach you the land.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN
Base plus uncapped commission. You earn a percent of the profit on every deal that funds, and nothing caps it.
The standard for this seat is two signed deals a week. Hold that and you exceed $145,000. That's the bar, not the ceiling.
- Two a week (standard): around $145,000.
- Three a week: around $225,000.
- Four a week: past $320,000.
Year one you're ramping toward it. Deals take a couple of months to close, so while your pipeline fills, expect around $90,000, climbing to the standard as those deals fund. Your base runs higher early to carry you through it.
The number is yours to set. It tracks what you close, and there's no ceiling on it. These figures are illustrative, not a guarantee of income.
