Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Operations: Drive net sales and revenue goals while managing all day-to-day store operations and inventory.
- Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing retail staff through hands-on training and performance management.
- Customer Experience: Model outstanding customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain deep technical knowledge of all products and services.
- Business Development: Engage in outside marketing, community activities, and proactively create improvement plans to grow the business.
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Metro by T-Mobile experience.
- 2+ years of proven retail sales experience (interactive, commissioned sales).
- 2+ years of leadership experience selecting, managing, and developing employees.
