We are hiring for multiple locations in Fairfax and Falls Church. Positions include playroom attendants, front desk customer service associates, and support positions providing support to each of those. Of particular interest are individuals possessing high character, good team players, strong work ethic, and a self-starter mentality comfortable with strong training and moderate supervision. The ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and spend the majority of a 6-8 hour shift standing, walking, or up and down from a temporarily seated position is important. It also requires an appreciation for the importance of repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. At Dogtopia we love dogs as much as humans and serve both with the highest of standards.

A FEW EXPECTATIONS TO START:
- The focus of this job is making connections with Pet Parents and their pups while empowering the business to sell memberships and book business.
- Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
- Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person
- Check pups in out of daycare
- Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning - not glamorous, but oh so important.
- No two days are the same, and you need to be comfortable operating in minor chaos daily. This job is challenging and for the special among us!
