We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide in-home care and support to clients. This role helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
- Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Document care provided accurately
Qualifications:
- Active Board of Nursing CHHA certification (required)
- Reliable transportation -valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, caring, and professional
