Create and maintain clear, effective safety programs that meet local, state, and federal requirements.

Run routine safety inspections and audits; surface hazards and track corrective actions through completion.

Equip employees with hands-on training for safe work and emergency response.

Investigate accidents and near-misses; document findings and recommend preventive and corrective measures.

Work closely with leaders to champion a strong, accountable safety culture.
-
Keep thorough, organized records of incidents, inspections, and training.
-
Stay ahead of regulatory updates and industry best practices to keep our programs current.
-
Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred.

Experience as a Safety Coordinator or in a comparable safety role.
-
Robust knowledge of OSHA standards and general safety practices.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
-
Works well both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
-
Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
CSP, CHST, or similar certifications are advantageous.

OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
