We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team and continue a long and fruitful career with our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance for CNC machines. This CNC Machine Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any major issues that arise with our CNC machines, including DMG- Mori, Mazak, Brother, and Haas machines. Your expertise will help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Job Responsibilities
· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or any issues on CNC machines
· Repair the diagnosed issue in a timely manner
o May include dismantling machines, replacing defective parts, install new or repaired parts and reassemble machines
· Knowledge and understanding of machine controls, codes, and tools to troubleshoot any alarms
· Calibrate machinery – Ensure machines meet high-precision tolerance requirements using diagnostic and measurement tools
· Perform preventative maintenance
· Log all maintenance, inspections, and repairs done on the CNC machines
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
· Other maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
· High School Diploma or Equivalent (Formal Training or Education in Mechanical Maintenance Preferred)
· 3+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance – Specifically on DMG-Mori, Mazak, Brother and/or Haas machines preferred
· Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in awkward or confined spaces; will require frequent reaching, bending, and stooping
· Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Schedule
First Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
