The Monongalia County Assessor's Office has an open position for a full time Real Estate Mapping Deputy. This position provides assistance to taxpayers seeking information regarding their real estate. The successful candidate has familiarity with Monongalia County, experience working directly with the public and exceptional organizational skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working under the WV State Tax Code
Experience working with IAS/CAMA Systems
Experience working with Mineral Deeds
Experience working in a law/legal office
Bachelor’s Degree
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience working with the public
Competency with Microsoft Office
