Advanced Aesthetician

Joslyn Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Advanced Aesthetician to join our growing luxury plastic surgery and aesthetic practice. We are building a boutique experience centered around exceptional patient care, education, and natural, beautiful results.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new practice while working alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon in a modern, state-of-the-art office.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Provide advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- HydraFacial
- Chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Microneedling
- Medical-grade facials
- Energy-based treatments (preferred)
- Educate patients on skincare and treatment recommendations
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
- Take high-quality before-and-after photographs
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Assist with patient flow and provide an exceptional luxury experience
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory
- Work collaboratively with the surgeon and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Nevada Advanced Aesthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred
- Experience with medical-grade skincare and aesthetic devices
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
- Passion for aesthetics, patient education, and delivering outstanding service
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience
- AnteAGE skincare
- SkinPen or equivalent microneedling device
- HydraFacial
- Chemical peels
- Laser pre- and post-treatment patient care
- Experience assisting with cosmetic consultations and photography
- Social media content creation is a plus
