Line cook is primarily responsible for making orders, cleaning and maintaining kitchen and prepping as needed and help the prep cook when not working the line.
Prep cook is primarily responsible for keeping the kitchen stocked and prepped, which include prepping chicken, burgers, sauces etc. and help with the line when busy.
The kitchen must be cleaned and maintained well during each shift.
