About the Role
Cambridge Family Dental is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, you'll join a practice with a loyal patient base, a supportive team, and a genuine focus on quality care.
Compensation & Benefits
- $52–$55/hour, based on experience
- 401(k) with 4% employer matching (all employees)
- Dental benefit (all employees)
- ESST (Earned Sick and Safe Time) (part-time employees)
- Full-time (32+ hours/week) also includes: Health insurance, Vision insurance, HRA and HSA options, PTO and Holiday pay.
What You'll Do
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, exams, and periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

- Active MN RDH license
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
