A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit contractors and assemblers
- Coordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner
- Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results
- Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls
- Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging
- Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand
- Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments
- Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork
Required Skills:
- Exceptional Customer service
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Requirements:
- 4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
