Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our commercial projects department. This role requires strong organization skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties to include but not limited to:
- Issue purchase orders
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management
- Registration of HVAC equipment and warranty claims
- Process permits and schedule inspections
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal activities
- Assist with equipment submittals and closeout documents
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience with Foundation Accounting Software is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Previous admin experience in the HVAC/Construction industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
