About the Role
This is a field-based real estate media role where you’ll travel to residential and commercial properties, capture high-quality listing media, and represent Lakeshore Lens Media professionally with agents, property owners, and homeowners.
Some photography experience is required, and a video background is heavily preferred. Prior real estate photography experience is a plus, but not required if you have a strong eye, great communication skills, and are excited to learn our systems.
What You’ll Do
- Capture interior and exterior real estate media
- Support additional media services such as virtual tours and schematic floor plans
- Operate a drone once certified (must obtain Part 107 drone certification within one month of hire)
- Arrive on time and prepare spaces for optimal shooting conditions
- Communicate professionally with agents, homeowners, and property contacts
- Follow established processes and checklists
- Upload files using your personal computer and high-speed internet connection
Schedule & Availability
We are looking for someone with flexible weekday availability, ideally Monday-Friday during business hours.
Ideal availability is 10-30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours depending on season, workload, and the number of projects you take on. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be helpful.
This role involves regular driving between appointments, so a reliable vehicle is required.

This Role May NOT Be a Fit If You…
- Dislike driving - you'll spend a good amount of time on the road between appointments throughout the region.
- Prefer the same routine every day - no two days look exactly alike here.
- Don't enjoy working directly with clients, homeowners, and real estate professionals - great customer service is a huge part of the role.
- Prefer a highly structured 9-to-5 schedule - shoot volume and appointment schedules can vary throughout the year.
- Struggle with changing priorities or the occasional curveball - flexibility and problem-solving are part of the job.
- Prefer working alongside coworkers all day - most of this role is spent working independently in the field.
- Have significant pet allergies or are uncomfortable around animals - many of the homes we visit have dogs, cats, and other household pets
