This is the nighttime leadership role at our Partridge Creek store.
- Monday through Friday: The store closes at midnight (12:00 AM). You will lead the closing team through cleaning and closing procedures and should expect to leave around 12:45 AM. Your shifts run from mid-afternoon through close.
- Saturday and Sunday: Weekend hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with closing duties finishing around 9:45 PM.

Position Overview
The Nighttime General Manager runs the store from the afternoon handoff through close and co-owns overall store performance with the Daytime General Manager. You are the senior leader in the building every evening: guest experience, team accountability, food safety, and a flawless close that sets the opening team up for success.
Nighttime Ownership:
- Take a clean handoff from the daytime manager each afternoon and run evening service: quality control, hospitality, and flow through the dinner and late-night dayparts
- Lead the closing team through breakdown, cleaning, and sanitation checklists; complete end-of-night register and reporting procedures
- Ensure the store is fully closed, secured, and prepped for the 5:30 AM opening team before leaving around 12:45 AM
- Own evening food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination and enforcing proper food handling
- Manage evening online-ordering and delivery execution so every order goes out flawlessly
Shared Store Leadership:
- Achieve budgeted revenues, expenses, and profits; manage labor and cost of sales against forecasts
- Analyze Square POS reports and participate in weekly financial meetings with the Owner to achieve monthly budgeted goals
- Hire, interview, and train evening personnel; ensure all staff abide by all policies and dress codes
- Build the weekly schedule for evening and closing shifts in coordination with the Daytime General Manager, in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts
- Oversee and maintain the company's SOPs; operate the business according to all federal, state, and city laws and codes
- Hold daily huddles with the evening team and weekly meetings with the Owner
- Create a positive working environment based in respect; motivate all employees and initiate teamwork
- Maintain complete knowledge of the POS system, menu changes, all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation, and prices
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and good condition of the physical property
- Professionally represent Pure Green to the greater community
Requirements / Desired Qualities
- Prior management experience in food service, QSR, or hospitality
- Reliable late-night availability (until approximately 12:45 AM on weeknights, 9:45 PM on weekends) and dependable transportation
- Proven ability to lead a team independently; you are the senior person in the building at night
- Comfort with labor and COGS management and POS reporting (Square experience a plus)
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety manager certification, or ability to obtain upon hire
- Hands-on leadership style: fully engaged in service, quality control, and guest experience
- High standards on closing cleanliness, sanitation, and cash handling

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
