Overview
The primary purpose of the Business Office Manager is the oversight of business office functions including resident business office files, resident trust, billing as well with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Medicaid and Medicare knowledge, understanding resident ancillary services benefits in relation to JFS and RFMS. Understanding 9401 submittal as well as Level of care to COA. Knowledge of admission agreements, consents, NOMNC, AOR's, submittal to third parties for insurance updates, collections, utilization review. To follow all company policies and apply them uniformly to all employees as directed by your Administrator and/or the Administrators designee. In this role, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
Pay: $49,932.34 - $60,133.57 per year
