We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Back of House Professional to join our growing family of restaurants in a district kitchen manager role overseeing 2-3 locations with the potential to grow into a role overseeing additional locations. We currently operate seven successful and busy restaurants in San Diego. Our establishments are high volume, fast paced, casual and friendly. We are on the hunt for someone who can confidently take on restaurant openings, lead and motivate a back of house team and seamlessly integrate into our company culture.
We pride ourselves on high quality and fresh food & drinks as well as efficient service. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Five years of Back of house management experience is required, one year overseeing multiple locations is preferred. Candidate must also have a proven track record of managing their own kitchen and staff.
We offer a competitive salary, which will be based on position and experience in addition to substantial bonus opportunities based on restaurant profitability, COGS, and growth.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Take the lead in hiring and training the kitchen team
- Assist in menu development
- Oversee food preparation
- Working shifts on the line to build camaraderie
- Comply with health department regulations
- Oversee cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Supervise Back of House Staff
- Recruit, Hire and train Back of House Staff
- Manage Back of House schedule

Pay Scale $90,000-$95,000 annual plus bonus and benefits.
